Got it figured out. Great tips guys!

Interestingly, composite video-in works through pins 2 and 3 on the 8-pin EIAJ, and audio-in works according the pinout diagram (pins 7, and 8). I'll just be ignoring the "big UHF connectors". Better picture through composite anyways.

I'm new to the forum so thanks all for being patient with a noob.
