That makes perfect sense, since Wico WAS a major supplier of parts to the arcade industry before they got into the consumer joystick business.

I still have a pair of the Wico joysticks for the Atari 5200, with mechanical levers to switch between analog operation and pseudo-digital return-to-center operation. They are ideal for that machine.
