For common stock values, you just can't beat www.capacitorworld.net

For any of the specialty caps or anything rated 1 kV or over, I always use www.mouser.com .

For adjustable wirewound resistors or the ASC series high voltage deflection caps for 7" electrostats, there's www.alliedelec.com
