I tried using the 369 but it won't work. I still have the waveform as above. The frequency of the waveform is still off by the same amount. I'm at a loss.

What determines the frequency of the waveform? If I knew, then maybe I could change it by changing a component or something like that. I know if I had a better grasp of the theory behind the IF circuits I might be able to figure this out.

IIRC, Dennis Carter goes into theory on the IF sections of a very similar Admiral chassis. I'm going to watch those few videos and see if that will help.
