This morning I scoped out the Horizontal Oscillator to adjust the frequency and to have the waveform peaks match.

Here is the result.

It seems that the vertical hold is pretty touchy. But for right now, I'll address the width issue with a strip and then move on to a full IF/Video alignment. Oh boy.
