Those sets were probably more of a public representation/advertisement of Dumont than any billboard could ever aspire to be...Looking at it that way I can see why Dumont would want them to live long healthy lives...

My first one came out of an old hotel in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. It got stored in the basement when they got a color TV for their lobby.
