RCA 14F512T TRUFLAT Help

Bought RCA 14F512T "TRUFLAT" off ebay. TV has beautiful bright sharp picture and hard to believe it's RCA from early 2000's. I was able to figure out the service menu as far as the RGB Screens to get great tracking however on bright scenes especially while watching Fox news the lettering on the right bottom is pulling to the left on the higher contrast images. Not sure if it's AGC or Horz Freq. out of adjustment. Need RCA Service manual but can't find one anywhere and dont' want to fool with service program not knowing codes. Any one no how to fix this and where I can get service manual?
Thank you,
Perry
