I did a little investigating and found the Meck XQ-776 schematic in Riders 4-2 is a dead ringer for the Philharmonic 8200 that Bandersen mentioned was in Riders 14. Meck XQ-776 is also in Sams 101, folder 5. You'll at least have more service info and pictures if you get yourself a copy of the Sams.

Finding a TV's missing channel marker escutcheon is about as likely as a needle in a haystack. More likely that you'll run across someone with another complete or parts set, possibly the Meck model listed above.
