Predicta Tandem restoration

This one will take me a while. It has what looks like a complete umbilical in good condition - though I haven’t tested it for continuity yet. But, first up, the CRT. At first I was pleased to see it was a 21FDP4, complete with notices inside the CRT housing. However it seems like the CRT is dead. My tester indicates an open cathode. I followed the recommendation to maybe weld it shut, but no luck. So I am looking for a replacement CRT.

I guess I should check that umbilical too before I go too far down this route.
