You can get to that under the chassis on the end R35 that should be connected to another wire going up to pin 2 of the CRT socket. OK, Pin 2 of the CRT is about 1.6 VDC which is only .3 volts higher than the reading given in the Sam's Voltage Chart, so I would say those 3 voltages are in the ballpark of where they should be.

So now how do I go about adjusting the Ion Trap on this TV?
