Do RCA "prison TVs" have a unique chassis number?

I recently acquired a RCA "prison TV", chassis number ATC106. I want to upgrade it to the functionality of a normal TV (composite outputs, normal volume levels instead of the purposely limited prison spec, etc). I've found a schematic that says it's for that particular chassis, but what I want to know is, is that chassis number just for this type of set or was it used by other consumer-spec RCA branded sets? I ask this because if the schematic is only for the prison version, it's not likely to tell me what components I need to re-enable normal volume and composite video.
