Anyone who can refurbish a Conrac CBY17?

Is there anyone within around 6 hours of Louisville, KY who could refurbish a Conrac CBY17? Condition looks really nice but everything, including the tube, is untested. I have a tube tester so I could potentially test the tube before driving the monitor out, but I'd likely need a little help with that.
