Another thing noticed of the differences between the chassis shown in the combo unit listed in the SAMs, and what I have in reality, the SAMs combo has a 45.75MHZ IF, but this one has 25.5. Even though both seem to be dated 1953.

Went over all resistors in the IF and found only 4 that were really bad, 40% over, not replaced yet, will do tonight.

Cleaned tuner and tried to tune in signal from TV pattern generator with sweep disabled, was able to see SOMETHING trying to come in on video output, but with the IF & tuner tubes in an unknown state, ( NOS ones ordered ) it's hard to tell, also w/o sweep, AGC is not working, leaving the front end a bit deaf, I'll have to see when I get the big CRT back in it, and all sweep up safely if the tuning perks up.
