want to try fixing a VCR

Hey guys I have an '80s Fisher Studio standard VCR. Someone gave it to me and they said it worked back in the day but that was a very long time ago, it has no power at all. I wanted to know if there was a forum on here that I could work on this thing on, and hopefully you guys could help me out. The model number is fvh-816. I already opened it and checked to see if the fuse was popped it wasn't, and power seems to be coming through the main Transformer.
