What the heck is this eBay set?

Here's one I haven't seen... Looks kind of Capehart-ish or Majestic-ish, and I can't make out the name badge. Seller says "OPERA", but that badge doesn't look like Opera to me. So I guess neither the seller nor I can read it

I wonder if it's the badge off of one of those European hi-fi sets of the 60s, that somebody put on that TV? Or is this a Canadian set, maybe? I went through the Sams index, and no possibilities with either an A or an O as the first letter.
