RCA 702X AM/FM bakelite

I recently acquired this set and now have it working (12AU6 and 35W4. audio coupling cap, etc). I picked this up at an antique store as was surprised to see AM/FM in a table top model of this vintage and construction. FM reception is quite acceptable with only the line cord antennae, given the polystrene rod and coil arrangement, while AM is as strong as expected but difficult to align. Before I put anymore time into this, can someone point me to a site / info on this model or similar? All leads much appreciated.

Regards,

Barry
