Philco 46-1226 question

Hi gang!
I've been away for a while. Got a question. I found a a philco 46-1226.
the owner is asking $60 for the set. Apparently the set is operational and looking at the photo the wood looks to be in desent shape.

Do you have any information on this set. Is the price resonable?
I've attached a photo of a similar unit. This is not the unit in qestion.
