Yes, the caps would be located near the power transformer. if the chassis is more than 1 inch tall they may also be underneath. They are electrolytics.

Since your already in Canada, I would check out justradios.com
They have tons of parts for restoring old sets like this. Service is fast, prices are good, and the list goes on. I would use their shopping cart for the easiest shopping experience. Just make sure your pop-up blocker is off.
