I hope that is a shadow I see on the crt face and not an air filled crt. Take a close look. It may be a metal crt or just a cracked neck. Who ever buys it better make sure the tube is intact. I dont think it looks like an RCA either. Also, I would hand the man $30 and take it home. He will probably feel lucky to get that.

Thanks for the comments and advice. I'm still trying to get the guy to find a make and/or a model number. No luck so far though....
If I do decide to go for it, I'll be sure to take my CRT tester with me to check the picture tube. Bob. |

I finally got the guy to at least find out the make of this pictured set and it is indeed a Crosley as several of you thought it might be. We also came to an agreement on a price of $25 if the picture tube is still good. I'm most likely going to check it out next week.
