It looks like you are not getting any signal, audio or video. That set probably has intercarrier sound so I would first check/replace the tubes in the tuner. You might want to start by cleaning the tuner. It could be as simple as dirty contacts. When you change channels do you see any flashing on screen or hear any static in the sound? If the tuner checks out, you should then move to the I.F. stages and then the video detector/output stages. At this point, I would suspect loss of signal somewhere.
