yeah, i love mine! i have it by our bed. my wife and i fall asleep to the radio every night (i turn it off as i'm about to doze off).

The finest of the Zenith Trans-Oceanic radios is really the Royal 7000 and D7000Y. The Trans-Oceanic radios didn't get FM until the Royal 3000 in 1963. FM didn't really catch on until the middle to late 1960's.

LOL, that's funny. We do the same thing Of course my wife thinks I'm silly as I keep changing which model T/O is next to the bed on a weekly basis
