Wow, polaraman.

That is a very acrobatic TV! And with casters, no less. I once had a 27" Admiral as a teenager, but that was long ago. I would say 27" sets ARE pretty rare indeed.

That's for sure! That's a pretty neat find. I've never seen a 27" B&W, but that picture has got to be pretty darn big. What with the old "bug-eye"-shaped rectanguar CRT face, that 27" screen is probably pretty similar in raster size to a modern 32" (or larger) squared-corner rectangular color CRT.
