Yes, definitely Canadian made. Just look at the tube placement diagram
in the auction description and you can plainly see the name of the Canadian Marconi Company. They made TV sets very early on in Canadian history (possibly even before the beginning of TV broadcasting in September, 1952), and quit consumer electronics manufacture in 1966, after the company management decided they could not compete on the color TV marketplace. The company subsists to this day (mostly in avionics work) as CMC Electronics Inc. |
