All right! Thanks!!! Now I know another date!!!
I have to make a little correction on what I have written above: I wrote that TV in East Germany began in 1952. Actually, I meant West Germany, but, being a non-native English speaker ( meaning that I am a not a citizen of an English-speaking nation ) I made a little confusion between "East" and "West" ... oh, well... Anyway, If I am not mistaken, I believe TV in East Germany began in 1952 as well as in West Germany.
