Yep, the General went through the trouble of designing that pull-out bottom panel so you can get to some stuff from the bottom, but good luck accessing much from the top! One of the ones I have has some issues related, I think, to agc & video but some of the components, well, you just can't get there from here! I ended up with the tube stash of a retired GE dealer so replacements don't usually trip me up.
