Everything looks normal as far as I can tell so time to bust out the meter. Thanks for everyone's input. Maybe I'll get a chance to mess with it some more this weekend.

I had the same problem with my K731. A new 12DT8 fixed it, as Jordan pointed out. Mine has all new caps though.
