From the model number this should be a 7" Electrostatic set. Is it wood or Bakelite?

They are quite popular with collectors, if the picture tube is still good they can usually be put back into operation.

The parts cost is minimal if you can do the work yourself, usually this means replacing all the paper and electrolytic capacitors. Knobs and a back can be found but it might take a little time.

If it was stored in a barn or otherwise poorly you may need to pull the chassis to do a more complete assessment of the condition. Sometimes Mice have gotten in and they can really destroy things!
