Hi.,

Any TV Sweep tube used in CB Radio and Amateur Radio Linear Amplifiers tends to be high demand and expensive. Those Sweep tubes are expensive and darned hard to find since all of them are NOS and in limited supply.

Some of those CB linears are so poorly designed that tube life could be measured in weeks.

Back when sweep tubes were common, nobody cared, but now, CB'ers have pretty much depleted any large supplies of NOS sweep tubes, especially the 6LF6.
