ok it is election night ..so how are you watching the results?
On my knees!

Hey, it's just a joke. Just trying to inject a little humor into the night.

It is just a coincidence though. I do have my 38+ year old B&W basic portable shop TV with it's chest open at the moment. Just a dead tube I hope. I just may go down to the basement and see if I can replace the tube and tune in some happy results.

I'm OD'd on the whole subject, so I will spend quality time at the bench.

Years ago I was privy to how the coverage was choreographed as to holding back numbers to create a sense of drama. So now I will check on the results tomorrow morning as things shake themselves out.

The issue that most directly affects me is an elementary school district bond issue ($50 million) that was uncharacteristically quiet. Those results I will get online, on my 1999's crt computer monitor from the county election board website.

'70 model Zenith with a 12A12C52 chassis. Been using it as a daily watcher since August of '06. My favorite set I have too! The green halo isn't as bad as the pic shows. Its been a great TV.

I love that photo. Looks like my kind of place. Very classy and authentically '60's which is authentically timeless.
