ETF Videos on Youtube!

I dunno what it is w/Youtube & my 'Pooter...seems like EVERY video I try to watch won't "load", just sits there & "zizzes", or runs for about 2 seconds, loads for about 20 seconds, plays, & then has to "load" some more. VERY annoying.
