Old Philco corner TV

Found this Philco(?) corner set available locally. While I do find it most interesting I'm not really into collecting B&W sets. If anyone is interested I could grab it and hold onto it for them (assuming it's even still available). Can anyone ID the approx vintage of this? It looks to me around the later 50's or early 60's.

If it weren't for the 500 miles between us and the other 90 sets taking up all the room around here I'd grab it

Have e-mailed the owner and it appears that it may already be spoken for....but you know how people flake on deals so I'm waiting for confirmation either way. Will let you know what I hear (if anything)
