I take it this radio uses two selenium rectifiers in a line driven voltage doubler circuit rather than a power transformer design.

There are two, however one is larger than the other. There is a power transformer, this set uses all 6V tubes. (with the exception of a 12AX7, however probably wired for 6.3v)
