Yeah, I've encountered that before - show a little interest in some old stuff and the owner jumps to the conclusion it must be worth a fortune.
I mentioned VDC to her if she wants to check on prices: http://vdc.mybisi.com I think I'll try one of their 16TP4s for $139 instead of her $800 16KP4 for my Sentinel

Overpriced..but not unexpected!
Well, sorry to everyone that bothered to ask about these CRTs!
When the go-between mentioned they were available, I told him the value was probably $35-$75 each, but to consider less if they remained unsold after a couple weeks. I guess I should have asked the executor directly, what she wanted, before posting these...maybe it was her version of a CEO compensation package
