Novis #2 plastic polish or Meguiar's fine scratch remover for plastic and bakelite.
Goop hand cleaner and #0000 steel wool for dirty wood cabinets just don't get ham handed and rub too hard be gentle. Chassis I use and artist brush and canned air to start and windex to finish up, real rusty a stiff brass brush. just not on the tuning capacitors.
