Oscilloscope and stuff- What the heck do I do with this?!

You're right about the VOM. It's a CONAR. The scope is a CONAR too. I plugged it in, but nothing happened. I let it sit for a bit, but the nothingness didn't change any. I'll open up the VOM tomorrow and see if I can get it working. I'd love to use it. It's super cool, and I don't have a decent Ohm meter.

I plugged in the signal generator too, but not sure what to do with it. It has what looks like antenna wire with clips on it for output. So I assume it's creating RF. What channel should I tune to to try to find the signal?

Well, its' all cool. Don't know if any of it does anything, but it's all cool!
