Definitely looks like a 21AX, you can see the metal shell and the plastic cover.

It's really rough but it could be refinished nicely, I don't think I'd pay the opening bid though.

At that price, I'd expect it to have been restored to perfect operating condition, with pictures of it with an image on the CRT in the ebay listing...
And delivered to my door in a stretch limo.
