One of the things I noticed was the color of the lettering on the CRT base... it's blue. I've never noticed blue before. I'm guessing this was RCA's way to signify a rebuild at that time. On color tubes, their rebuilds were called Colorama. This one is called Monogram. This is the first time I've seen that name.
