That' looks really clean!

Is the number on the lid supposed to match the cabinet?
Cabinet is 18, lid is 504.

Are those numbers serials for the cabinet?

Originally, the serial numbers stamped on the lid, cabinet, and the setup control insert (located under the pencil box) are the same.

So does this mean that the cabinet is a mix-match of parts from other sets?
