I'm not familiar with that particular model, but it looks like it does the basics. If I read the labels correctly, you can get either video or RF output from that jack on the right.
A slightly fancier generator like my Leader (below) will have a few more functions, but for basic work you might not care about those. The current bid is the price of a fancy coffee. I'd say go for it. Phil Nelson
