Most are push-push for off-on. Some TVs that used the same configuration are rotate off-on. Depends on the year. Either will work fine. Getting the correct knobs to fit the shafts is most critical.

Blech, you're right. Neither of the Sams folders I downloaded has the right tube list. Do you know if there was a Sams folder issued for this version of the Holiday? Is it better or worse than the 58 version?
