The knob layout looks like my CTC-11s. The knobs are slightly different, but RCA had various trim flavors for these sets. The plastic bezel looks the same as in my wooden console, with a "New Vista Color" logo on the bottom and an "RCA Victor" logo in the upper left. Seems like it would be within a year or two of my 11s, anyhow. I don't know how much those things changed from year to year.
Being a thrifty soul, I'd test the CRT before plunking down $100. Phil Nelson Last edited by Phil Nelson; 11-22-2010 at 12:25 PM. |

The "color" logo, slightly different then on the CTC-10, at bottom center of the bezel and the RCA logo in the upper left of the bezel along with the 4 knobs at the bottom of the right panel looks to be a CTC-11.

Phil Nelson[/QUOTE] That reminds me how I got lucky on the Zenith and that I need a way to check these old CRTs.Is there anyway to make a late model B&K test older roundie picture tubes?I only have sockets for modern tubes.I'm not looking at it right now snce it's at the shop but I think it's a 467.It's a 3 meter and was purchased by the shop in the late 80s.
