You know, that comment about radar makes sense. I am beginning to think that's what it might be. I live maybe 3 miles from the Van Nuys airport and they might have something there like that. The Air National Guard has closed their operations so that can't be it.
I wonder how I could find out. If I could hear it on 20m I could turn the antenna to see which direction to look.
