DO NOT try to power it up! Doing so could destroy hard to find parts, electrical shock, or start a fire! Any and all vintage electronic equipment WILL NEED restoration, IE: capacitors, wiring (flaking insulation), tubes, etc.

If you want to sell it, then sell it as-is. Don't plug it in, as you might damage something.

The cost of having somebody restore the electronics so that it's safe & reliable to play would probably exceed the value of the TV. Hours and hours of labor are required -- it's not just popping in a new tube, as in the old days.

Whether it currently works is unimportant. Many collectors would strongly prefer to get a set in original, unmolested condition, so they can re-do the electronics exactly as they like.
