I paid $35 for my CT-5. For 1K, I don't think so. Nobody wanted any of the sets Damen and I bought. They all would of ended up in the landfill.

BTW, the CRT is original. Dated 1956 and is the ALL glass type and is good.

All CRT's have a glass front, but if yours is original it's a 21AXP22 with the metal funnel. I don't think the all glass ones (beginning with 21CYP22) came out till 1957, that's what my CTC-7 has.
