I think it could go for a lot more than $800.

The innards look like a Teletone TV-149 so the knobs are probably common RCA Peanuts, even if they aren't correct who's gonna know since it's nearly a one of a kind set.

The seller doesn't mention whether the set works or not, but that's beside the point because any TV that's over 60 years old, as this one is, probably doesn't work -- that well or, more likely, at all. This TV will need the usual recapping, rewiring and cleaning of the controls and tuner, as with all antique/vintage TV or radio, before its new owner even thinks of plugging it in. It is definitely not in plug-and-play condition; anyone who dares to try to use this set as is will likely be greeted by smoke, sparks, maybe even fire ... and there's $800 down the drain.
