I think it could go for a lot more than $800.
The innards look like a Teletone TV-149 so the knobs are probably common RCA Peanuts, even if they aren't correct who's gonna know since it's nearly a one of a kind set. |

The seller doesn't mention whether the set works or not, but that's beside the point because any TV that's over 60 years old, as this one is, probably doesn't work -- that well or, more likely, at all. This TV will need the usual recapping, rewiring and cleaning of the controls and tuner, as with all antique/vintage TV or radio, before its new owner even thinks of plugging it in. It is definitely not in plug-and-play condition; anyone who dares to try to use this set as is will likely be greeted by smoke, sparks, maybe even fire ... and there's $800 down the drain.
