Try emailing and ask if they'll still honor their one year warranty.
 Include a picture of the tube box and your set playing. How can they resist, their name is on the box

This was my grandfather's, then uncles and dad's company in Indianapolis
When I was a kid I would play in the office while my dad and uncle worked on tubes in the labyrinth of a back area.
