Filtered TV pictures
1948 ad for Televista TVs with "LIQUID FILTER PICTURE," and 1949 ad for add-on Polaroid Television Filter.
Anyone ever see either of these? |

Wow, I want that Monte Carlo TV!! The ultimate Porthole set!
It says it has a 30 tube chassis, I wonder if it was an RCA 630 chassis? The knob layout is right. Does anyone have one of these or know if one still exists? |

Somewhere around here I have the Polaroid kit. It was a kit that came in two sizes for 10" or smaller screens and a larger for 12" screens. It had stickum tabs for the screen to hang from with a small chain attached to the screen.
