B & K rejuvenator tester manual?

you have me scared now ,i have had a b&k 467 since i was in my teens what damage does it do to the picture tube on the rejuvenate mode and how is the clean balance also ,explain in detail on both, and why, and is there any internal changes can be made. i dont want to hurting my color roundies or the b&w tubes,i also just got a older sencore ill check what model.
