Brunswick 5KR restoration

I have a search setup on ebay, but I don't expect to ever find one - at least not at a reasonable price. It should be fairly easy to fabricate one though. Possibly from a salvaged bit of thin, curved brass or copper stock.

I ran across a site awhile back where some guy used to make these, but he no longer does. I wish I had one, or one to borrow, because I could machine a die for my punch press and start making these....
