It sounds like the B+ is slowly taking a dump as the set warms up... because you are experiencing audio, video, and HV problems altogether. If your B+ is going down, your flyback could start to get warm. Connect your meter to the B+ and watch it as your symptoms develop.

The electrolytics you installed... are they fresh stock? What kind of LV-rectifiers is it using?
